Waverley Beach Campground

Waverley Beach Campground

Waverley Beach Campground is the typical Kiwi beach campground, comprised of a large flat grassed area, playground, and toilets. Powered and non-powered sites are available.

The campground itself is not exciting, hence it has a low rating. When the tides are right, it is a short walk to the beach, a destination worth exploring. We haven’t timed this right yet, so keep an eye out for that bio in the future.

Bookings and payment are best done in advance to ensure you have access codes to the amenities. Booking details are available on the South Taranaki District Council website.
