Taranaki Falls

This 6km loop is perfect for the whole family. Begins at the Chateau Tongariro, follow the well-marked trail in an anticlockwise direction for views of Mt Ngauruhoe in the foreground and Mt Ruapehu by your side.
Upon reaching the falls, the trail continues to follow the wairere Stream until the final kilometre.
