Te Kopia Scenic Reserve (Mud Pools)

A short boardwalk brings you to a viewing platform for a family-friendly spot to enjoy the bubbling mud pools and boiling lakes of this small geothermal reserve in a quiet rural setting. 

Situated on the outskirts of the Waikete Valley, the reserve is not well signposted and easily missed. We recommend using Google navigation prompts.
