Sutherlands Mangahoe Reserve
Situated on Mangahoe Rd, 5km from Sutherlands Puriri Reserve, Sutherlands Mangahoe Reserve is accessed by a small footbridge that traverses the Mangahoe stream.
The predominantly Kahikatea forest also features Rimu, Totara, Rewarewa, with the occasional Matai, Miro, and Tawa. The podocarp forest is officially home to Tui, Grey Warbler, Kereru, silver eye, bellbird, and North-Island Fantail.

A large parking area is available 50m east of the entry, on the opposite side of the road.
