Bell Rock

If you’re looking for the perfect photo location for your social media, this is it. 

The track starts with a steep ascent from the quaint roadside carpark, where vibrant birdsong immediately surrounds you through the <1hr bush walk section. At the bush line, the path traverses undulating, nondescript farmland, following a 4WD track for roughly 30 minutes.

From atop the final hill, Bell Rock dominates the foreground as the farmland recedes into distant forest. 

Several tracks lead to the exposed rock formations and a breathtaking panorama from the barren, windswept ledges high above the valley. Caution is advised, especially on windy days. 

Return the same way to the carpark. From the junction, the 4wd track takes a similar time, but is quite uninspiring and offers little shade or points of interest. The exception being the burial cave for bird remains.
